1 tbsp condensed milk 1 tbsp heavy cream 2 egg yolk 2 cup milk 3 tbsp cornstarch 1 tbsp vanilla essence 1 cake cut into slices 200gr semisweet chocolate 1 tbsp heavy cream milk

Em uma panela adicionar 1 cx de leite condensado e 3 colher de amido de milho misturar muito bem acrescentar a 2 gema mistura tudo junto acrescentar 2 xícara de leite o creme de leite  leva para o fogo mexendo sem parar até ficar cremosa no final adicionar essência de baunilha agora começa a montagem na travessa uma camada de cremosa fatias de bolo vai fazer  até acabar  leva para geladeira de esfriar fazer a Ganache e cubram por cima depois Decorar com raspar de chocolate 🍫 com morango 🍓 e sirva-se 

In a pan add 1 cx of condensed milk and 3 spoon of corn starch mix very well add the 2 yolk mix everything together add 2 cup of milk the cream takes to the fire stirring constantly until it gets creamy at the end add the essence of vanilla now start assembling on the platter a layer of creamy slices of cake will do until finished take it to the fridge to cool down make the ganache and cover on top later Decorate with chocolate shavings 🍫 with strawberry 🍓 and serve yourself
