  • Whipped cream300 ml
  • Chocolate bar400 g
  • Sour cream200 ml
  • Cherry syrup100 ml
  1. Cut the chocolate cake into small disks,
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie stirring until completely melted, add the cream and mix well and set aside.
  3. Place the cake disc in the bowl, soak with the cherry syrup
  4. On top put the ganache,
  5. Cut the cherries into small pieces and place over the ganache.
  6. In the mixer beat the whipped cream until the peak point, and make the last layer using pitanga nozzle. Decorate with cherries and chocolate plate.
