  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • Gems2 unit(s)
  • Filling: Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Filling: chocolate bar (your choice)1 unit(s)
  • Encore pack1 unit(s)
  1. CREAM: Whisk the cream ingredients over low heat until smooth.
  2. FILLING: Place the cream and chocolate in a pan and stir over low heat until the chocolate melts and forms a ganache.
  3. MOUNTING: On a platter, place a layer of the white cream, the chopped bis, the white cream again and finish with the ganache and the rest of the chopped bis.
  4. Take it to the fridge until it gets cold and then you can serve.
