Em uma panela adicionar o leite e a gema do ovo peneirada e o amido de milho. Mexa ainda com o fogo desligado até o amido dissolver por completo.

In a pan add the milk and the sieved egg yolk and the cornstarch. Stir still with the fire off until the starch completely dissolves.

Adicione o leite condensado e o creme de leite e ligue em fogo baixo. Mexa sem parar até engrossar e ficar em ponto de creme.

Add condensed milk and cream and turn on low heat. Stir constantly until it thickens and becomes creamy.

Em uma travessa faça uma camada de bolacha (molhe a bolacha no leite)
Faça uma camada de creme. Pique os bis e coloque por cima do creme, repita o processo e finalize om o bis faça sua decoração. Leve a geladeira por 30 minutos e pode se servir a vontade. 

On a platter, make a layer of cookies (dip the cookie in milk)
Make a layer of cream. Chop the bis and place over the cream, repeat the process and finish with the bis make your decoration. Take it to the fridge for 30 minutes and you can serve yourself.
