- In a saucepan, mix the milk, condensed milk and cornstarch. Mix well until thickened and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate bar in a bain-marie and add the cream.
- Now take the white cream and pour it In a refractory, place a box of chopped Bis and throw the first cream on top.
- Add the chocolate cream and finish with the other box of chopped Bis on top.
- Refrigerate for an hour.
