- Can of sour cream1 can(s)
- Mix the condensed milk, the milk, the yolks and bring to the fire, always stirring until it thickens. Reserve.
- Line the bottom of a refractory mold with half of the cream.
- Make a layer with the chopped chocolate and put the rest of the cream.
- Beat the egg whites and add the sugar, little by little, beating constantly, until you get a firm sigh.
- Add the cream and mix well
- Put this mixture on top of the cream.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
