- Pour the condensed milk into a saucepan, the milk, the yolks and the cornstarch. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until it turns into a cream. Remove from heat and place half of the cream in a pyrex, cover with cornstarch cookies (do not wet the cookies), place the chocolate powder in the other part of the cream, stir until smooth, place on top of the cookies. Pass some cornstarch cookies in the blender or food processor, so that they turn into a cookie crumb, place on top, thus finishing the pavé. Place in the freezer for 4 hours
