  1. Initially preheat the oven to 180 degrees; Grease a swiss roll or flat tin with butter and line with parchment paper. Grease the buttered paper in the form.
  2. In the mixer, place the butter and sugar and beat until it forms a whitish cream; then add the eggs one by one (with the mixer on).
  3. After mixing these ingredients, add the wheat flour and stir slowly with a spatula.
  4. Place half of the dough on the baking sheet covering the entire bottom and forming a very thin layer. Bake in preheated oven for 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. When the dough is baked (touch it with your fingers, if it doesn't stick you can remove it from the oven) Place this dough on top of a sugar base and remove the parchment paper while it is still hot. Cover the dough with a thin layer of dulce de leche and start rolling all the dough and set it aside.
  6. With the other half of the dough, do the same procedure. In this other half, place the dulce de leche and the previous rolled dough. So reroll it one more time. Trim the edges and sprinkle with icing sugar to finish. Then just serve
