  • Milk100 g
  • Wheat flour 1.5 tbsp1 tablespoon
  • Egg yolk4 unit(s)
  • Fresh cream400 g
  • Balnilha essence 4 drops to taste
  1. Mix all the filling ingredients until smooth. Then remove the foam that forms on top.
  2. With the help of a glass cut the dough and put it in the form
  3. Fill with stuffing
  4. Take to preheated oven at 250 degrees for like 15 min. Keep an eye on it, when it starts to brown on top, remove it from the oven.
