- Puff pastry300 g
- Milk Cream250 g
- Corn Starch20 g
- Gems4 unit(s)
- Sugar80 g
- Vanilla Essence2 tablespoon
- Put a little oil in the cupcake or pie pans and then put the puff pastry and set aside.
- In a pan add the cornstarch, the cream, the egg yolks and half the sugar and beat well with a fouet. Take to the fire until it's close to boiling.
- Add the rest of the sugar and vanilla essence. Stir well and bring to a boil again. Remove from heat as soon as it bubbles.
- When it cools, put it over the dough. Place the molds in a preheated oven at 160°C with dry air until they are dry and golden.
