- In a blender, mix condensed milk and cream and passion fruit juice.
- In a container, mix the gelatin with the 5 tablespoons of water until dissolved and put it in the microwave for 5 seconds if you don't have a fassa microwave in the bain marie
- Add the gelatin to mix in the blender and beat well for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth
- Pour on a platter of your choice or in a tart if you prefer and take it to freeze
- Now let's prepare the jelly In a pan, add the passion fruit, sugar and water, put it on the fire and let it boil until it becomes a consistent syrup, let it cool and that's it and just put it on top of the mousse and serve.
