- Passion Fruit Juice Concentrate200 ml
- Cornstarch Biscuit200 g
- Sour cream3 unit(s)
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Chopped semisweet chocolate200 g
- Beat the condensed milk, 2 boxes of cream and the passion fruit juice in the blender for 5 minutes until it becomes a mousse and set aside.
- Ganache: Melt the chopped chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds and mix with the cream until it becomes a ganache. (You can melt the chocolate in a bain-marie too)
- Mounting: On a platter put a layer of cornstarch biscuit, a layer of passion fruit mousse. Another layer of biscuit and another layer of mousse and refrigerate until firm. Then cover with the chocolate ganache decorate with chocolate shavings (if you prefer). Take it to the fridge again and serve 😊🧡
