- In a pan, over medium heat, add the condensed milk, cream, the egg yolks and in a glass put the passion fruit juice and the cornstarch, mix. Put it in the pan and always stirring to avoid lumps and not grate in the pan until the cream thickens.
- Place the Maisena biscuits in the blender and crush. Put the farofa in a refractory and then the cream.
- In a small pan, put the sugar and passion fruit. Let it boil for 5 minutes and put it on top of the cream. Take it to the fridge to freeze before serving.
