  • Milk200 ml
  1. In the blender put the condensed milk, the cream, the passion fruit juice without water, and the milk and beat very well for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pour it into a platter or you can put it in the passion fruit shell itself.

  5. In a pan put half a cup of sugar and the pulp of 3 passion fruit, let it boil until it thickens and becomes like panties.
  6. Let this syrup cool down and then you can pour it over the mousse.
  7. Take the fridge again until you get a mousse consistency.
  8. Serve ice cream!
