Passion Fruit Mousse with Gelatin

  • Passion Fruit Jelly1 unit(s)
  • Water500 ml
  • Condensed Milk1 can(s)
  • Sour Cream2 can(s)
  • Tang Passion Fruit Juice1 unit(s)
  1. In a pan with 250ml of boiling water, completely dissolve the gelatin, add 250ml of cold water and set aside.
  2. In the blender add the condensed milk, the cream, the juice and mix well.
  3. Take a refractory of your choice or small pots and add the Passion Fruit Mousse.
  4. Then slowly add the gelatin on top.
  5. Place in the fridge for 4 hours, or until the gelatin is set.
