- 1 box of condensed milk 2 boxes of cream, one for mousse, one for ganache, 1 bag of juice or natural passion fruit juice, a bar of semisweet chocolate.1 can(s)
- Mix condensed milk, cream and passion fruit juice in a blender. Beat until very smooth. Place in a container and set aside. Ganache preparation: Melt the two chocolate bars (chopped) in the microwave every 30 seconds until everything is melted. Add the cream and mix. Put the ganache over the mousse, without mixing and decoration of your choice.
