  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Dark chocolate200 g
  1. Beat in a blender or mixer: the passion fruit pulp, the condensed milk and the cream (if the ingredients are cold it will help to get creamier)
  2. For the ganache: melt the chocolate with half a can of cream in a bain-marie or in the microwave
  3. For assembly, first place the ganache, then the mousse. And finish with chocolate shavings.
  4. Place in the fridge for about 2 hours
