- Dark chocolate200 g
- Beat in a blender or mixer: the passion fruit pulp, the condensed milk and the cream (if the ingredients are cold it will help to get creamier)
- For the ganache: melt the chocolate with half a can of cream in a bain-marie or in the microwave
- For assembly, first place the ganache, then the mousse. And finish with chocolate shavings.
- Place in the fridge for about 2 hours
