  • Sour cream2 can(s)
  • Passion Fruit Juice Powder1 unit(s)
  • Cocoa powder1 cup
  1. Blend condensed milk and cream in a blender
  2. Gradually add the passion fruit juice powder
  3. In the recipe I used cups but it can be dessert pots
  4. For the fake ganache: In a refractory add a can of cream and cocoa and stir with fue
  5. Put the passion fruit mousse in the glasses and add the fake ganache on top and just take it to the fridge for 10 minutes and enjoy
  6. A tip to not make the cocoa powder so sweet can be 50% up
