- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Passion Fruit Juice Powder1 unit(s)
- Cocoa powder1 cup
- Blend condensed milk and cream in a blender
- Gradually add the passion fruit juice powder
- In the recipe I used cups but it can be dessert pots
- For the fake ganache: In a refractory add a can of cream and cocoa and stir with fue
- Put the passion fruit mousse in the glasses and add the fake ganache on top and just take it to the fridge for 10 minutes and enjoy
- A tip to not make the cocoa powder so sweet can be 50% up
