Passion fruit mousse with chocolate ganache

  • Condensed milk2 can(s)
  • Sour cream2 can(s)
  • Passion Fruit Pulp5 unit(s)
  • Dark chocolate bar200 g
  1. For the mousse: in a blender, beat 2 boxes of condensed milk, a box of cream and the passion fruit pulp for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour into a container and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. For the chocolate ganache: chop the chocolate bar.
  4. In a glass container, microwave for 3 minutes (or in a water bath).
  5. Remove from microwave and add the cream, mix well.
  6. Carefully pour over the mousse and return to the fridge for another 2 hours.
