Passion fruit mousse with chocolate ganache

  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Concentrated passion fruit juice1/2 cup
  • Chopped milk chocolate200 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Chocolate sprinkles or shavings to taste
  1. Blend the concentrated passion fruit juice, condensed milk and cream in a blender for 1 minute + or - .
  2. Transfer to an individual dessert bowl or a marinex and refrigerate.
  3. Make the chocolate ganache. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, add the cream and mix well. Let it cool completely and pour over the passion fruit mousse. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles or chocolate shavings.
