- Concentrated passion fruit juice100 ml
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Belgian granules100 g
- Semisweet Chocolate100 g
- Hit the blender for 5 minutes; Condensed milk, a can of cream and passion fruit juice.
- Add the granulated and mix with a spatula.
- Place in the container that will serve and take the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- In a pan add the cream of milk and the chopped chocolate.
- Always stir over low heat until completely melted and creamy.
- Wait for the ganache to cool down before pouring it over the mousse.
- Finish as you prefer and take it to freeze for another 1 hour.
- Serve chilled. 🇧🇷
