Passion Fruit Mousse With Chocolate Ganache

  • Water200 ml
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Passion Fruit Jelly1 unit(s)
  • Milk chocolate200 g
  • Frozen sour cream2 can(s)
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  1. Start by preparing the passion fruit syrup.
  2. In a pan, place all the passion fruit pulp, water and sugar.
  3. Let it boil for 5 minutes and set aside.
  4. In a blender place the dissolved gelatin according to the package instructions, the condensed milk and a can of cream.
  5. Blend everything for 4 minutes and set aside.
  6. For the ganache, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and then add the cold cream.
  7. Mix well . Is ready.
  8. Now, on a platter put all the ganache.
  9. On top of the chocolate ganache, place the passion fruit mousse.
  10. Finish with the syrup.
  11. Let it freeze for 4 hours and serve.
  12. Enjoy your food.
