- 1 box of 395 grams of condensed milk1 unit(s)
- 1 box of 200 grams of cream1 unit(s)
- Concentrated passion fruit juice200 ml
- Milk chocolate (bar)100 g
- Milk cream for the ganache (half a box)100 g
- Blend the condensed milk, cream and passion fruit juice in a blender for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and take it to freeze a little while you make the ganache.
- Microwave the chopped chocolate, pausing every 15 seconds and mixing. When it's already melting, add the half box of milk cream and mix well.
- Place the ganache over the passion fruit cream and refrigerate.
