Passion fruit mousse with chocolate ganache

  • 1 box of 395 grams of condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • 1 box of 200 grams of cream1 unit(s)
  • Concentrated passion fruit juice200 ml
  • Milk chocolate (bar)100 g
  • Milk cream for the ganache (half a box)100 g
  1. Blend the condensed milk, cream and passion fruit juice in a blender for about 5 minutes.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a container and take it to freeze a little while you make the ganache.
  3. Microwave the chopped chocolate, pausing every 15 seconds and mixing. When it's already melting, add the half box of milk cream and mix well.
  4. Place the ganache over the passion fruit cream and refrigerate.
