  • Sour cream2 unit(s)
  • Passion fruit juice concentrate or packet100 ml
  • Dark chocolate1 unit(s)
  • Chocolate sprinkles (optional) to taste
  • Passion Fruit Pulp to taste
  1. In the blender, beat the condensed milk, 1 cream and passion fruit juice or 1 packet of passion fruit juice
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave every 30 seconds and mix with 1 cream, mix well
  3. Assembly: alternate with the mousse and chocolate cream and finish with sprinkles or a passion fruit syrup
  4. Passion fruit syrup: a passion fruit pulp, 2 tablespoons of water and 1 sugar, bring to a medium heat and stir until you get a thin syrup
  5. Take the fridge for 2 hours, serve and fall in love with this super practical and delicious recipe!
