- passion fruit1 unit(s)
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Cashew nuts1 cup
- Wheat Flour1/2 cup
- Butter50 g
- Brown Sugar1 tablespoon
- for the cramble in a bowl add the wheat flour, sugar, margarine and cinnamon. mix everything until it becomes a farofa
- Add cashew
- In a tray add the spread farofa and take it to the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees, remove and reserve
- for the mousse In the blender add the passion fruit pulp, condensed milk and cream, beat until smooth
- Place in 4 individual bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Assembly Remove the bowls from the fridge add the cramnle over the chilled mousse and decorate with mint leaves
