  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Cashew nuts1 cup
  • Wheat Flour1/2 cup
  • Butter50 g
  • Brown Sugar1 tablespoon
  1. for the cramble in a bowl add the wheat flour, sugar, margarine and cinnamon. mix everything until it becomes a farofa
  2. Add cashew
  3. In a tray add the spread farofa and take it to the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees, remove and reserve
  4. for the mousse In the blender add the passion fruit pulp, condensed milk and cream, beat until smooth
  5. Place in 4 individual bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Assembly Remove the bowls from the fridge add the cramnle over the chilled mousse and decorate with mint leaves
