  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Passion fruit pulp (fruit)2 unit(s)
  • Encore box (your choice)1 unit(s)

  1. Beat the passion fruit pulp in a blender with the water and set aside.
  2. Then beat the condensed milk and cream in the blender, hit it for about 3 seconds, it's the secret of creaminess
  3. Once the ingredients are well blended, add the passion fruit juice and blend again.
  4. On a platter I put some of the mousse, a layer of bis, another layer of mousse, another of the bis, finish with the mousse and on it put the rest of the bis or a ganache that will be wonderful too Take it to the fridge for about 2 to 3 hours then and just enjoy. Enjoy your food!
