- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 ml
- Natural yogurt200 g
- Sugar2 dessert spoon
- Cut the passion fruit and recover the pulp.
- Separate 4 tablespoons of the pulp and bring to a simmer with the sugar for 5 min. When it starts to boil and thickens the syrup is ready. Allow to cool to decorate the mousse before serving.
- Put the rest of the passion fruit pulp, the condensed milk and the yogurts in the blender and let it beat well (2 to 3 minutes). If you don't like the feel of the fruit's seed pieces, strain the pulp and use only the juice.
- Place in a large glass container or in individual bowls and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving (you can leave 1 hour in the freezer before serving if you like the mousse very cold).
- Before serving, pour the passion fruit syrup on top. Enjoy your food!
