Passion Fruit Mousse Pavê with Chocolate

  • condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream2 unit(s)
  • Passion fruit pulp or concentrated juice2 unit(s)
  • Milk1/2 cup
  1. Cut the cake into slices.
  2. Blend condensed milk, passion fruit pulp (if using concentrated juice, use around 150ml) and a box of cream in a blender.
  3. Place a layer of cake on a platter drizzle with a little milk.
  4. Add a layer of mousse and then another layer of cake. Build the layers.
  5. Chop the chocolate into a microwave-safe dish and add 1 box of cream. Bake for 30 seconds and stir well to help melt. Add another 30 seconds and stir until melted.
  6. Throw the chocolate over the pavé and take it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  7. Decorate with chocolate shavings.
