- CAKE:1 to taste
- Sugar2 cup
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Fermented wheat flour3 cup
- Milk240 ml
- Concentrated passion fruit juice1/2 cup
- MOUSSE:1 to taste
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Passion Fruit Juice Concentrate250 ml
- Colorless gelatin1 tablespoon
- Warm water (dissolve the gelatin)3 dessert spoon
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Water (dissolve the starch)300 ml
- Passion fruit pulp with seed2 to taste
- Sugar1 cup
- CAKE: PRE-heat the oven first. Mix the ingredients with the mixer or by hand. Grease the mold with margarine and wheat flour. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes (depending on the type of oven).
- MOUSSE: Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Reserve.
- JELLY/SYRUP: Start by dissolving the starch in the water, in a pan that goes to the fire. ADD sugar and passion fruit pulp. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until smooth.
- ASSEMBLY OF THE PASSION FRUIT MOUSSE CAKE: *Start by baking the cake, by then, you will have made both the mousse and the syrup. *With the cake ready, add all the mousse on top of it. * Take the fridge for 01:00 hour. *After removing from the fridge, add the syrup. READY!!! It's ready to serve or stick to the fridge until serving. NOTE: You can use this recipe with the most diverse types of fruits, strawberry, lemon, I've even made pineapple. You will love!
