- Passion Fruit Juice (concentrate)1 can(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Passion fruit (pulp)2 unit(s)
- Water1/2 cup
- In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the passion fruit juice (concentrated)
- Place in a refractory or divide into cups and take it to the fridge until it is firm.
- Combine the sugar, water and passion fruit pulp in a pan and let it boil until it thickens.
- When it's cold, put it on top of the mousse.
