- Passion Fruit Juice Concentrate200 ml
- Passion Fruit Jelly1 unit(s)
- Passion fruit pulp for syrup1 unit(s)
- Sugar for the syrup2 tablespoon
- Prepare the gelatin with 250 ml of warm water and set aside
- Beat the condensed milk, cream, concentrated passion fruit juice in a blender, add the gelatin and beat well!
- Put this mixture in a bowl, and take it to the fridge until it hardens!!
- In a pan, place the passion fruit pulp and sugar.
- Let it boil until it turns into a syrup
- Put the syrup over the mousse
- And ready 😋
