  • Passion Fruit Juice Concentrate200 ml
  • Passion Fruit Jelly1 unit(s)
  • Passion fruit pulp for syrup1 unit(s)
  • Sugar for the syrup2 tablespoon
  1. Prepare the gelatin with 250 ml of warm water and set aside
  2. Beat the condensed milk, cream, concentrated passion fruit juice in a blender, add the gelatin and beat well!
  3. Put this mixture in a bowl, and take it to the fridge until it hardens!!
  4. In a pan, place the passion fruit pulp and sugar.
  5. Let it boil until it turns into a syrup
  6. Put the syrup over the mousse
  7. And ready 😋
