  • Concentrated passion fruit juice1 cup
  • Can of condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 cup
  • Unflavored colorless gelatin envelope1 unit(s)
  • Cup of hot water1/4 cup
  • Passion fruit pulp for garnish1/2 cup
  1. Place the passion fruit juice, condensed milk and sour cream in the Food Processor equipped with the emulsifier accessory.
  2. Beat for 2 minutes on high speed.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water and add to the mixture.
  4. Beat for another 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture into a serving dish or individual bowls.
  6. Cover with plastic and place in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours.
  7. When serving, decorate by spreading the passion fruit pulp on top.
