- Water1 cup
- Open the passion fruit and pour the pulp (including the pits) of one and a half passion fruit into a container
- Reserve half a passion fruit pulp for the syrup
- In the container, add the juice of a lemon, a box of condensed milk and a box of cream and mix until smooth.
- For the syrup, just mix half the pulp of a passion fruit, two tablespoons of sugar and water. Bring to a boil and stir until it forms a jelly.
- Assemble the dessert by putting the mousse first and then the syrup. Place in the fridge for at least half an hour and serve!
- Tip: You can add more or less passion fruit. If you like it more sour, put more passion fruit, sweeter, less passion fruit 😋
- Note: Many mousse recipes use gelatin, which is not a vegetarian ingredient. In this one we replaced the gelatin with lemon to reach the perfect consistency 🍋
