- Milk800 ml
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Neutral Alloy1 tablespoon
- Passion fruit seeds for garnish to taste
- In a blender place the condensed milk, cream, passion fruit pulp and milk. Beat for 3 minutes.
- With the help of a sieve, strain. And put it back in the blender.
- Add the neutral alloy and beat for 10 seconds.
- With the help of a funnel, fill the ice cream bags. Put some seeds in the bags before filling to decorate.
- Place in the fridge for 3 hours or until frozen.
