Passion Fruit3 unit(s)
Milk800 ml
Condensed milk395 g
Sour cream200 g
Neutral Alloy1 tablespoon
Passion fruit seeds for garnish to taste

In a blender place the condensed milk, cream, passion fruit pulp and milk. Beat for 3 minutes.
With the help of a sieve, strain. And put it back in the blender.
Add the neutral alloy and beat for 10 seconds.
With the help of a funnel, fill the ice cream bags. Put some seeds in the bags before filling to decorate.
Place in the fridge for 3 hours or until frozen.
