  • Passion fruit flavor ice cream powder1 teaspoon
  • Chocolate powder 50%2 tablespoon
  • Instant coffee1 teaspoon

  • Nescau1 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Margarine170 g
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Whipped cream400 ml
  • Passion Fruit Seeds2 unit(s)
  1. We'll start by making the brownie. In a bowl, break the eggs and beat with the sugar. Soon after add the margarine and incorporate.
  2. Add the nescau and mix well. Then add the wheat and slowly incorporate it (don't forget to sift the flour). Bake for 25 to 40 minutes.
  3. In a pan, add a can of condensed milk and then the nest milk. Mix well to dissolve the nest milk. Add the cream, 300ml of milk (the starch is already dissolved in the milk), chopped white chocolate and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Repeat the same process with the chocolate cream. Condensed milk, cream, starch already dissolved in 300 ml of milk, cocoa powder, instant coffee, chopped chocolate and bring to a boil, stirring well.
  5. Leave the whipped cream in the fridge overnight and 15 minutes before whipping, place the 400ml in a glass and put it in the freezer.
  6. When the white cream is ready, add the ice cream powder while the cream is still hot and mix well.
  7. After the creams have cooled, beat the whipped cream until it reaches a peak point (very stiff, but without losing its smooth appearance). Add the chatilly to the creams and incorporate until light.
  8. With a 250ml bubble glass, add the passion fruit mousse we made to the bottom. Put in an amount of about two fingers. Add some brownie and a generous layer of chocolate mousse.
  9. Finish with the passion fruit mousse. For a special touch, add the mousse to a pastry bag fitted with a 1M nozzle. Make a passion fruit jelly and decorate on top. You can scratch a piece of brownie to decorate as well.
