  • Oil1 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Natural Passion Fruit Juice1 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. First make the juice with 1 passion fruit, put the pulp in the blender with half a cup of water and beat well, until the seeds are well crushed, then strain, until there are almost no seeds left.
  2. Once the juice is made, in the blender place the eggs, oil, natural passion fruit juice, sugar and beat for 2 minutes.
  3. In a bowl or basin, place the wheat flour (already sifted), then add everything that hit the blender and add the wheat flour and mix everything very well, for 3 minutes.
  4. Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently into the dough.
  5. With the shape already greased, put the dough and take it to the oven for 35minutos.
  6. While the cake is in the oven, let's move on to the next step, which is the syrup.
  7. In a pan add 2 passion fruit pulps and a cup of 240 ml of sugar, mix still without taking to the fire.
  8. Mixed? Now take it to the same high fire and let it boil and keep stirring and then on medium fire, keep stirring until the liquid reduces well and the syrup is very thick.
  9. When it is at the point of honey or with a firmer texture, turn off the heat and set aside until the cake comes out of the oven. (The syrup takes around 10 minutes or 15 minutes.
  10. Your cake is ready and already cold, unmold if you prefer and put the syrup and it's ready to enjoy with your family🏡Enjoy your meal!
