  • Passion Fruit Juice Concentrate200 ml
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Passion Fruit Pulp1 unit(s)
  • Water100 ml
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  1. Preheat the pan and grease a central hole pan
  2. Beat the eggs, the passion fruit juice, and the oil in a blender.
  3. Add the sugar and beat until blended.
  4. Gradually add the flour and finally the baking powder.
  5. Pour the dough into the greased and floured form.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
  7. For the syrup, mix the passion fruit pulp, water and sugar and cook over low heat.
  8. Pour the syrup over the still warm cake.
