- Raw Cashew Nuts1 cup
- Dates1/2 cup
- Coconut Oil2 tablespoon
- Cane molasses1 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut to taste
- Almond Flour to taste
- Cocoa Nibs to taste
- Soak the chestnuts in 2 Cups of water for 2 hours
- Soak the dates in water, just enough to cover them, for 2 hours.
- Drain the water from the chestnuts and place them in the processor, S blade, until they form a farofa.
- Drain the water from the dates and add to the processor, beating until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
- Add sugar cane molasses and coconut oil and process
- Make balls and cover with nibs, grated coconut and almond flour
- Put it in green and yellow molds and enjoy the Cup!
