Panna Cotta with Strawberry Sauce

  • Sour cream250 ml
  • liquid milk1 cup
  • Sugar (I used demerara)1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Extract1/2 tablespoon
  • Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Strawberry and sugar for syrup to taste
  1. Mix milk, cream and sugar and bring to the fire, as soon as it boils, turn off.
  2. Melt unflavored gelatin in hot water until smooth.
  3. Pour the gelatin into the cream while it is still hot and then the vanilla. Mix it all up and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  4. In a separate pan, place the strawberries and mix with sugar until the syrup forms.
  5. Serve with the strawberry syrup.
