  • Honey3 tablespoon
  • Greek yogurt6 unit(s)
  • Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Sugar500 g
  • Strawberry500 g
  • blackberry500 g
  1. Cream: In a pan put the milk, honey and vanilla. Let it boil and turn off the heat and set aside.
  2. In a container, hydrate the gelatin with milk (5 tablespoons of milk)
  3. Add the gelatin to the pan mixture and mix well and include the yogurt and stir well and set aside.
  4. Jam: In another pan, place the chopped fruit and add the sugar and stir until it becomes a jelly. Add a little lemon and you're done.
  5. Assemble as you like and bon appetit.
