  • 📍For the panna cotta:. l
  • coffee (with coffee maker)150 ml
  • liquid cream400 ml
  • sugar80 g
  • from isinglass (4 sheets)8 g
  • A few drops of vanilla essence. l
  • 📍For the sauce:. l
  • dark chocolate100 g
  • coffee (with coffee maker)100 ml
  • 📍 Decorate:. l
  • A handful of coffee beans. l
  1. Prepare the 150 ml of coffee and let it cool.
  2. Soak the isinglass in cold water for about ten minutes.
  3. Bring the cream to the boil, add the sugar, the vanilla essence and the coffee and let it almost come to a boil.
  4. Squeeze the isinglass well, add to the cream and mix well to dissolve completely.
  5. Turn off the heat and place in individual serving molds (I used the silicone ones) with a regular shape (avoid the ones that are very ornamented because, as it is a little softer than the normal panna cotta due to the addition of coffee, you will need to be careful when taking it it).
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours.
  7. Just before serving, melt the chocolate in a pan with 100 ml of coffee until you get a thick sauce.
  8. 📍Plating: Gently remove the cream from the molds (brush the edges with a knife if necessary), place a mold on each plate, add two tablespoons of chocolate syrup and decorate with some coffee beans.
