Vanilla essence or a vanilla knife1 dessert spoon
Colorless, flavorless gelatin10 g
Syrup Ingredients: Red Fruits (raspberry, strawberry)200 g
Sugar100 g
Water1 cup
Star Anise (optional) to taste

How to prepare Panna Cotta Place the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla bean over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Turn off the heat and set aside.
Prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions.
Once hydrated, mix the gelatin with the warm cream.
Divide the mixture into individual bowls and cover with a film.
Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Serve with the red fruit syrup or with the syrup of your choice.
Preparation method for syrup: In a pan, add the sugar, strawberries and water and bring to a medium heat.
When it starts to boil, lower the heat and add the star anise.
Leave for around 20 minutes. Allow to cool and place over the panaccotta when serving.
