  • cream300 g
  • Milk1 cup
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Unflavored gelatin powder12 g
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Water5 tablespoon
  • Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla Essence1/2 teaspoon
  • Berry Jam1 to taste
  1. In a pan, place the cream, milk, sugar, mix and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. In a vase, put the jello, water and mix until dissolved.
  3. Turn off the fire and put the hydrated jello in the pan. Mix until well dissolved and add the vanilla.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and place in the freezer for an hour.
  5. When ready to serve, put the jam on top. decorate as you like
