  • Sugar50 g
  • Vanilla Bean1/3 unit(s)
  • Unflavored gelatin9 g
  • Sugar for jam70 g
  • Strawberries100 g
  • Lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Mineral water100 ml
  1. Hydrate the gelatin in 70 ml of mineral water, stir and reserve. Prepare the syrup by adding the fresh strawberries, 100 ml of water and 70 g of sugar, lemon drops until cook and get the consistency of a fluid syrup (coulis).
  2. Place the cream, sugar (50g) and vanilla in the fire until it boils; Turn off the heat and add the gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved;
  3. Place in a glass or container of your choice and immediately put in the freezer.
  4. Prepare the syrup by adding the fresh strawberries, 100 ml of water and 70 g of sugar, lemon drops until cook and get the consistency of a fluid syrup (coulis).
