  • Milk200 ml
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
  • Colorless Gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Berries or jam1 unit(s)
  • Orange zest1 tablespoon
  1. In a saucepan, combine the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla essence. Mix well and turn on low heat. Let it warm up, without boiling and put out the fire.
  2. Add the already hydrated gelatin *according to the package instructions, and the orange zest. Mix and pour into bowls.
  3. Place in the refrigerator until firm.
  4. Cover with jam of your choice or berries.
  5. I used strawberries, blueberries and sliced almonds.
