  • Condensed milk395 ml
  • Milk395 ml
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Milk powder3 tablespoon
  • Candied fruit1 to taste
  • Panettone1/2 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  1. Melt the sugar, add the water and wait for it to melt and form a syrup.
  2. Add candied fruit to taste.
  3. Beat the milk, condensed milk, eggs and powdered milk in a blender.
  4. Pour over the syrup, passing through a sieve to make it smooth.
  5. Put the panettone chopped into large pieces.
  6. Bake in a bain-marie until the toothpick comes out clean.
