- Fresh Sour Cream250 ml
- Warm Milk50 ml
- Unflavored gelatin14 g
- Confectioner's Sugar60 g
- 1 Vanilla Bean or Essence to taste
- Strawberry250 g
- Sugar100 g
- Water100 ml
- Lemon juice to taste
- Soak the gelatine in water for 20 minutes.
- In a pan add the cream, warm milk and sugar to dissolve.
- Bring to a boil and add the vanilla.
- Boil, remove and add the gelatin.
- Pour into your favorite molds and place in the fridge until firm.
- For the syrup, add the strawberry and sugar and heat over medium heat until it thickens. If desired, add a few drops of lemon.
